The Odisha State Council Educational Research (SCERT) exam was conducted on July 9th as per the schedule. The exam was held to offer admissions in to the batches for Various courses like B.Ed, M.Ed, B.H.Ed, D.EI.Ed, M.PHIL in colleges across Odisha state.
