Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) counselling will be started in the last week of June. However the official date for the counselling has not been announced yet. It will be uploaded on the website . Candidates those who all qualified the exam can check the counselling schedule at www.upsee.nic.in. Candidates must bring their rank card at the time of counseling along with the required documents.

The UPSEE counselling will be held in five rounds. All Five rounds will include following things
1- Online Registration- Candidates first have to register themselves online in order to be eligible for the UPSEE counselling. Candidates have to enter the details in the required fields and when it will be submitted a unique user ID and password will be provided to them
2- Certificate verification – Here the concern authority will check all the required documents bought by the candidates.Candidate must bring their original documents with them at the time of counselling.
3- Seat allotment- After this the results of the counselling will be declared. Candidates can check the results online . Candidates can check the name of the college allotted to them.The college allotment will depend on the several factors including the choice of college candidate have selected and the rank of the candidates obtain.
4-Reporting to the college- After the declaration of the counselling results, candidates have to report to the allotted college within a particular given time. If candidate failed to report to the college within the given time, his/her seats will be allotted to some other candidate. Candidate can submit the fee in the college and his/her admission will be done there.
To be eligible for the counselling process, candidates need to secure a minimum qualifying mark which is also called the cut off marks. It will be released by the exam authority along with the results at upsee.nic.in. Those who will fail to achieve the qualifying mark will not be selected for the further round of selection The cut off marks will depend on the factors like difficulty level of exam, performance of the candidates, total reserved seats, total participants.
