Central Board of secondary education (CBSE) has successfully organized the NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST ( NEET ) on May 7th 2017. Every year CBSE organized the NEET exam for the admission in MBBS/BDS Courses in various government and private Medical and dental institutions in India. In order to qualify for the exam,candidates have to secure a minimum qualifying marks which is also called the cut off marks. On the basis of these cut off marks candidates are selected in the NEET exam. Based on these cut off marks, merit list are prepared. The results will be declared by the CBSE on 8th June 2017.
CBSE has announced that the results of NEET exam will be declared on June 8th 2017. Along with the results, CBSE will publish the Cut off marks for this exam. Candidates can check the results and cut off marks at www.cbseneet.nic.in . The CBSE NEET cut off marks will be based on different factors, like difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates participated in the exam, number of seats available. As per now CBSE has mentioned that the SC/ST/OBC candidates need to secure 40% marks to qualify for the NEET exam. General category’s candidates have to score 50% marks for the same. Various medical & dental institutes and colleges in India will prepared the merit list as per the cut off marks.
Now as the NEET exam has been completed, students are now looking for the answer key so that they can analyse their results. CBSE will published the official answer key soon on their official website cbseneet.nic.in. However the big private institution like Reasonance, Allen and Akash will release the answer key much before that so that candidates don’t have to wait too long to check their answer. This will help them in calculating the possible results.
